I hope you all had a Happy Thanksgiving!
Church folks came out to the property, along with some of the Maynards' family. There was a ton of food, and we ate outside. It was the first day that it actually felt like fall. Aaron spent the whole night outside smoking a turkey, and Bro. Buddy fried turkeys. Russell got his favorite cornbread stuffing. You know, I think he tasted that cornbread stuffing last October and decided he'd get a lifetime supply by marrying me! =D
After the meal the staff played football with the boys home. I watched the first part of the game but missed the last part...of course that's when Russell did really good. =( Too bad. I know he loves showing off for me, but I'm already impressed, so it doesn't matter. (chuckle)

We spent the rest of the day packing for our trip back to Holland on Wednesday. It was a nice day, but very different from the Thanksgiving we usually spend with the Kamps who I miss VERY much!
God has been so good to me. This has been the most joyful year of my life. Looking back, I know the Lord has showered many blessings on me, but the one that tops them all is Russell. I got the best when I got him! Thank you, Lord!!!
