Mrs. Chris arranged for our rehearsal dinner to be at the same restaurant---Black Angus---and in the same room where Russell and I got engaged. We even sat at the same table. That was so neat!

For being so exhausted after running errands all day long and then scrambling to get dressed and look presentable, Russell and I were surprised at the energy we had when we arrived at the rehearsal dinner. It was a LOT of fun! There were tons of cameras flashing.
We went from table to table snapping pictures and enjoying the fellowship of family and friends.
Weddings are such fun!

I was glad a few family members could make it to the wedding. Grandma wasn't able to come down from NY because of her health, but Opa came, and Uncle Jan & Aunt Judy arranged their vacation around the wedding just so they could be in attendance. That was so nice!
Russell with Pastor Keenan, who has had a tremendous impact on his life and whose excellent preaching on marriage has made him the wonderful husband he is today.
