A Goodly Heritage By God's Grace

One of my favorite things to do is look at old pictures every once in a while and remember the good old days of the past. God has given me such a wonderful family. As David said, “The lines are fallen unto me in pleasant places; yea, I have a goodly heritage.” (Psalm 16:6)
When I think about the home in which I could have been raised, I cringe with dread. Truly, those of us who have been raised in godly Christian homes have sooooo much to be thankful for.
God gave me loving parents and the sweetest little sister and brother a girl ever had. He saved me at a young age and allowed me to be a missionary’s daughter and experience the joy of serving Him with my all.
I love thinking back on all God has done for me over the years. His tender mercies have preserved me from ruination and disaster innumerable times. God is so good, and that is an understatement!!!
Okay, that was a rabbit trail. Back to the good old days of the past…
Here’s a collage I made of some of my childhood photos (double-click to see enlarged images). If you’d like to see more pictures of our family, check out my Favorite Photos blog.
